Application Tips Highlighter using one side of the oval applicator, place the lightest shade at the inner corner of the eye just under the eyebrow. Shadow with the other side of the applicator, apply the darkest shade to the mobile eyelid, blending upward and outward . Eyeliner with the beveled applicator, use the darkest shade to draw a line just above the upper lashes. To add more depth to the look, draw another line just below lower lashes.
